Itinerary
-
You’ll start in the lush Constantia Valley, one of South Africa’s oldest wine regions. Here, you’ll play at venues such as Clovelly Country Club and Steenberg Golf Club, where the landscape is just as much a part of the game as the course itself.
Between rounds of golf, you’ll discover the region’s wine culture on a guided Constantia Wine Tour, including lunch at Klein Constantia. There will be plenty of time to explore Cape Town, the coast, or the surrounding wine estates at your own pace.
-
After a domestic flight, you’ll arrive in George, on the Garden Route. You’ll stay near the Montagu and Outeniqua golf courses, where one round of golf per night is included. If you don’t play golf, you’ll receive a spa or dinner voucher. If you’d like to play more, nearby options include the Pezula Championship Golf Course and Simola & Country Estate.
-
You’ll continue on to Durban and stay at a luxurious hotel in the coastal town of Ballito, near the Zambali Country Club. Here, you’ll play golf in a tropical setting, with the Indian Ocean always within sight.
In addition to golf, the Dolphin Coast offers a different side of South Africa: warm, lively, and multicultural, with the chance to spot dolphins or whales along the coast.
-
The journey ends in the northeast of the country. Via Skukuza, you’ll reach Sabi Sabi Earth Lodge, a lodge that blends almost seamlessly into the landscape.
Every day, you’ll go on organized game drives with a ranger and tracker, searching for lions, elephants, and leopards. If you’d like to add one more exceptional golfing experience, you can take a helicopter ride to Leopard Creek Country Club, or play a round closer by at the 9-hole Skukuza Golf Club.
-
Unfortunately, the tour has come to an end, and you’ll be heading back to Europe today. After breakfast, you’ll be taken to Skukuza Airport, from where you’ll fly to Johannesburg Airport for your return flight to Belgium.
