Luxury trip to Qatar

Anyone familiar with the Middle East might think they already know the story. But Doha proves otherwise. Less grandiose, less flashy, but all the more rich in experience. If you look beyond the classic Middle Eastern hotspots, you’ll discover a destination with a distinct character all its own. Not a copy of Dubai, not a variation on Abu Dhabi, but a story in its own right.

This journey takes you to places that tell more than they show: museums that provide context, desert plains where space reigns supreme, and coastlines that feel unexpectedly rugged. Surfing the waves in the morning, gliding over sand dunes in the afternoon. Paddle through the azure-blue canals of The Pearl with views of yachts and palm trees, then disappear into the desert, where stars twinkle in the sky. Qatar is a destination with depth, where you move between culture and nature.

Itinerary

  • Upon arrival in Doha, you will be personally greeted at the airport and taken to your luxury hotel by private transfer. The rest of the day is yours to acclimate and explore the city at your own pace.

  • Today, you’ll explore Doha with a private driver and guide, from the contemporary lines of Katara and The Pearl to the architectural statement that is the National Museum of Qatar. Lunch at Jiwan, Alain Ducasse’s restaurant, puts Qatari cuisine into its cultural context. In the late afternoon, you’ll stroll through Msheireb and Souq Waqif, just as the city comes to life.

  • The day begins with a visit to Lusail and Place Vendôme, followed by the Museum of Islamic Art, where art and architecture complement each other. After lunch by the sea in the Mina District, there will be time to stroll along the colorful waterfront and soak up Doha’s maritime atmosphere. At sunset, you’ll cruise along the skyline on a private dhow, as the city reveals its most elegant side.

  • Today you’ll head out into the desert toward Khor Al Udaid, where the dunes meet the sea. During a guided safari, you’ll explore this unique landscape, with time for lunch at a desert camp and activities like sandboarding. By evening, you’ll return to Doha, with the scenery still fresh in your mind.

  • You’ll leave Doha and head toward the rugged Zekreet Peninsula, stopping along the way at the Qatar National Library, the Shayaniya camel race track, and the Sheikh Faisal Museum. In the afternoon, you’ll check in at Our Habitas Ras Abrouq, a unique 5-star eco-resort.

  • After breakfast, a private transfer will take you to the airport. This doesn’t have to be the end of your vacation. It’s the perfect starting point for those who wish to continue their journey to Asia, Africa, or other Emirates.
