Luxury Tour of Brazil

During this trip, Brazil reveals itself through distinct destinations, each showcasing a different aspect of the country. Rio de Janeiro kicks things off with its famous panorama of beaches, granite mountains, and tropical bays. From Corcovado, you can look out over Copacabana, Ipanema, and the green hills of the Tijuca Forest, while the cable car to Sugarloaf Mountain offers a different perspective on the city and the ocean.

From there, you’ll travel to Salvador, where the historic center of Pelourinho is filled with colonial houses, Baroque churches, and squares where music and capoeira are part of daily life. The trip ends on the coast of Bahia in Praia do Forte. Here you’ll find expansive beaches, coconut palms, and nature reserves where, among other initiatives, the Projeto Tamar is dedicated to protecting sea turtles. The ideal itinerary, offering plenty of variety and comfort for the whole family.

Itinerary

  • Upon arrival in Rio, you will be taken by private transfer to your beachfront hotel. You’ll begin your trip with an exclusive Carnival Experience, where you’ll get a behind-the-scenes look at samba schools and discover one of Brazil’s most important cultural traditions.

The next day, you’ll explore the highlights of Rio. You’ll visit Corcovado and the Christ the Redeemer statue, and take the cable car to the top of Sugarloaf Mountain, where you’ll enjoy views of the city and the bay. Lunch will be served at a traditional Brazilian restaurant.

On the third day, there will be opportunities for more active experiences. You’ll take part in an introductory rock-climbing session in Urca, suitable for both children and adults, followed by a visit to Maracanã Stadium. Here, you’ll gain access to areas that are normally off-limits, including the locker rooms and the field.

  • After a domestic flight, you’ll arrive in Salvador, where you’ll get your first taste of the city on a historical tour. Among other places, you’ll explore Pelourinho, with its colonial architecture and colorful streetscape.

The next day is all about culture and interaction. During a private capoeira workshop, both children and adults will be introduced to this traditional Brazilian art form.

You'll also take a percussion workshop, where you'll learn the rhythms of Bahia under the guidance of a local musician.

  • After leaving the city, you’ll travel along the coast to Praia do Forte. Here you can enjoy tropical beaches, swaying coconut palms, and quaint little villages.

You'll be staying at a resort right on the beach that offers plenty of opportunities for relaxation and activities for the whole family. Swimming pools, beaches, and tropical gardens will make your final days here truly memorable.

A highlight of the trip is a visit to Projeto Tamar, an initiative dedicated to the protection of sea turtles. During a guided tour, you’ll learn how the animals are protected and get an up-close look at different species.

One evening, a private picnic will be held at sunset, right in the middle of the resort’s tropical garden.

Our highlight of the trip

“For families, a visit to Projeto Tamar is often the most memorable part of the trip. Children get to see up close how sea turtles are protected and suddenly understand why the coast of Bahia is so important to these animals. It’s both educational and a special experience to share together.”
