Luxury One&Only Tour of Cape Town & Mauritius
This journey begins with Table Mountain right outside your window and ends with the Indian Ocean right at your doorstep. One&Only’s exceptional service is a constant throughout this journey.
For the first four nights, One&Only Cape Town will be your home base. You’ll be right on the V&A Waterfront, yet South Africa’s most famous mountain will be watching over your shoulder almost constantly. Head up for the views, dive into the Cape’s food scene, taste wines with a local sommelier, or take a stroll along the coast. And after that? Back to the resort for cocktails with Table Mountain in the background or Japanese-Peruvian dining at Nobu.
Four nights later, you’ll swap the city skyline for palm trees. One&Only Le Saint Géran is located on a private peninsula in Mauritius, nestled between the lagoon and the ocean. Here, a day can just as easily begin with snorkeling as with a helicopter flight over Le Morne. Kayak through mangroves, sample the island’s multicultural cuisine, or stay a little closer to home for the Guerlain Spa and dinner over the water.
Itinerary
-
You’ll start at One&Only Cape Town, located on the V&A Waterfront with Table Mountain as a constant backdrop. Head into the city via Bo-Kaap and the colorful streets of the Cape Malay neighborhood, or begin your day atop Table Mountain with a private yoga session and Cape Town at your feet. Then the coast beckons: hop into a vintage sidecar for a ride through Camps Bay and Hout Bay over Chapman’s Peak, possibly continuing on to Cape Point and Boulders Beach.
The Cape Winelands are also worth a day trip. Explore Franschhoek in a classic car and combine wine tastings with fine dining and contemporary art. Back at One&Only Cape Town, the culinary journey continues: sample five exceptional Cape wines with the head sommelier, try your hand at a South African pastry masterclass, or round off the evening with Nobu Matsuhisa’s wine-paired omakase menu.
If you want to add a good dose of wildlife to your Cape Town trip, you can fly directly from the city to Shamwari Private Game Reserve for a safari in the Eastern Cape.
-
After Cape Town, a completely different setting awaits. Upon arrival in Mauritius, you won’t get into a car—instead, you’ll board a private helicopter for the transfer to One&Only Le Saint Géran. As the coastline, sugarcane fields, and turquoise lagoons unfold below you, that island feeling sets in even before you reach the resort. After that, the days are yours to enjoy: snorkeling, boating, exploring the island, or simply savoring the resort’s beaches, fine dining, and Guerlain Spa.
One more breakfast on the island and one last dip in the ocean before the return trip begins. From Table Mountain to Mauritius in eight nights: compact enough for a single trip, yet varied enough to feel like two vacations.

One&Only Cape Town, South Africa
A waterfront location right in the heart of Cape Town without sacrificing space or that resort feel. The rooms are among the most spacious in the city and offer views of the marina or Table Mountain. Add to that Nobu, an impressive wine cellar, and some of the most spacious rooms in Cape Town, and you have a city stay that goes far beyond just a great location.
One&Only Le Saint Géran, Mauritius
A private peninsula, bordered by the Indian Ocean on one side and a sheltered lagoon on the other. Rooms, suites, and villas are scattered throughout tropical gardens, while restaurants, water sports, and the Guerlain Spa make the resort much more than just a classic beach getaway. At Tapasake, you can even dine above the water, with the lagoon and mountains as your backdrop.
Featured experiences
Vintage sidecar ride over Chapman’s Peak
Put on your leather jacket, grab your helmet, and head for the Atlantic coast. In a vintage sidecar, you’ll ride through Camps Bay and Hout Bay to the spectacular curves of Chapman’s Peak, with views of cliffs, bays, and the ocean along the way. It’s a much more fun way to experience the Cape Peninsula than from a regular car.
Cape Winelands
You don’t just discover the Cape Winelands at the dinner table. Head into Franschhoek and combine wine tastings with art, fine dining, and charming estates along the way. That’s how a classic wine route takes on so much more personality.
Touchdown, One&Only style
In Mauritius, your stay begins even before you reach the resort. From the airport, you’ll fly by private helicopter to One&Only Le Saint Géran, as sugarcane fields, mountains, and turquoise lagoons glide by beneath you. A transfer that immediately counts as your first island experience.
