Luxury Tour of Thailand

On this tour, Thailand isn’t just a checklist of temples, but a journey of discovery that moves from city to nature and from traditions to gastronomy. You’ll travel with a private driver and local experts who not only guide you around but also give you access to stories and places you’d never otherwise see. The pace shifts organically between bustling cities, green valleys, and historic kingdoms, always with comfort, tranquility, and finesse. Every day is filled with sensory impressions: the scent of jasmine in markets, the sound of ritual bells, the warmth of a Thai meal prepared with pride. This is Thailand for travelers who love to explore, but love to savor just as much.

Itinerary

  • Upon arrival in Bangkok, you’ll be picked up and taken to your luxury hotel on the Chao Phraya River, a peaceful retreat amidst all the excitement. The pool with its hydromassage will quickly become your favorite spot in the city. In the evening, you can choose between riverfront dining or a perfectly served afternoon tea.

The next day, after breakfast, you’ll explore Bangkok through its most iconic temples, from the impressive Golden Buddha at Wat Traimit to Wat Pho and the Grand Palace with the Temple of the Emerald Buddha. In the afternoon, you’ll explore the klongs of Thonburi by longtail boat, stopping along the way to visit the Royal Barges Museum and Wat Arun on the banks of the Chao Phraya River.

  • When you travel to Kanchanaburi, the hustle and bustle of the capital gives way to greenery and tranquility. You’ll visit the Railway Centre, which recounts the region’s history in a respectful and poignant way. This is followed by a boat trip on the River Kwai and a visit to the Mon community. You’ll stay at a floating wooden hotel, a place that feels like a world of its own.

  • Today, you’ll swap nature for culture. Ayutthaya, the former royal capital of Siam, offers impressive ruins and temples nestled among the rivers and lush greenery. By tuk-tuk, you’ll visit iconic sites such as the Buddha enshrined among tree roots and the Reclining Buddha at Lokayasutharam. The day concludes with a serene meditation session at a monastery and a delicious dinner along the river.

  • You’ll travel to Sukhothai, the cradle of the Thai kingdom. The historic park feels like an open-air museum, but without the crowds; lakes, rice fields, and ancient stupas alternate along the way. The guide brings the royal dynasties to life as you stroll through the temples. A leisurely afternoon gives you time to explore this beautiful area at your own pace.

The next day, you’ll immerse yourself in rural life at an organic farm. You’ll learn how rice is planted and harvested, and how water buffalo still play a role in this age-old cycle. After lunch at the farm, you’ll visit two lesser-known temples in Sri Satchanalai.

  • The journey north is an adventure in itself, taking you past shrines, markets, and small villages. You’ll stop at Lampang’s sacred temple complex and at a local market where the aroma of rice crackers greets you. In Chiang Mai, you’ll be treated to a warm welcome. The evening concludes with a Khantoke dinner filled with dancing, storytelling, and regional flavors.

  • You’ll start early by attending an alms-giving ceremony: a genuine glimpse into the daily lives of monks. Afterward, you’ll visit Doi Suthep, which towers high above the valley. You’ll stroll through markets and take a rickshaw ride to historic temples. The day ends at a riverside gallery-restaurant, where art and cuisine complement each other.

  • Today you’ll travel to Chiang Rai, the creative and spiritual heart of the north. You’ll visit the White Temple, a work of art in its own right that blends tradition and modernity. After lunch, you’ll explore the Black House Museum, a fascinating blend of architecture, art, and symbolism. Chiang Rai immediately feels more peaceful and intimate than Chiang Mai—a lovely contrast.

  • You’ll explore Chiang Rai at your own pace: temples, art parks, and peaceful spots fill the day. The highlight is Mae Fah Luang, an open-air museum that elegantly preserves Lanna culture. A visit to Haw Kham, a wooden tower rich in detail, reveals the soul of the region. Or you can simply relax by the pool and at the spa.

  • After breakfast, you will be taken to Chiang Rai Airport. You will conclude a journey that has shown you Thailand in a surprisingly peaceful, sensory, and respectful way.
