During La Tomatina, the picturesque town of Buñol transforms into a lively scene filled with music, cheering, and a shower of red tomatoes—a playful chaos that instantly immerses you in Spain’s festive culture.
You start the day early with a comfortable transfer from Valencia to the festival area. The energy starts flowing right away thanks to the music, live acts, snacks, drinks, and the building excitement of what’s to come. When the clock strikes twelve, La Tomatina kicks off: thousands of tomatoes fly through the air, the streets turn red, and everyone joins in: young, old, solo travelers, groups of friends, and families.
After the festival, there’s time to relax, freshen up, and recharge with a delicious paella. The festivities continue throughout the afternoon and evening, with access to the official afterparty in Valencia.
